To represent, promote, to ensure the high quality of this great and "tasty" food and wine potential of the area, there are two important institutions: the Enoteca Regionale dell'Emilia Romagna and the "Road of the wines and flavors of the hills of lmola ". The Enoteca Regionale dell'Emilia Romagna is located in the basement of the fortress of Dozza. Inside you can visit a permanent wine exhibition, with over 800 DOC and DOCG labels on display, selected by a committee of experts, representing 200 members. Besides the chance to sample and purchase wines, the wine cellar promotes a dense schedule of activities: meetings, wine tasting, wine tasting tours, training activities.
